Oversaw implementation, roll out, and product pivot from in person content to virtual and mail offerings. This resulted in creating and producing, The Soundboard Subscription, a new virtual product to offer current and potential donors and subscribers. This subscription consisted of 13 touch points: 4 virtual piano concerts with pianist from around the world and commissioned pieces, 6 educational hour-long virtual programs, and 3 mailed newsletters. Additionally, I assisted with developing and copy-editing the 21-22 season brochure and providing program/project management support to other fundraising activities.

I developed a corporate outreach strategy and KPIs with the goal to create a third revenue stream. I conducted market research and created data systems to assess donor viability and potential. This system allowed for OCO to use data informed decisions on offerings and growth opportunities. Additionally provided logistics support for events program management support in several areas.

I worked with refugees that have a high barrier to stability. I recommend programs, develop trainings, and strategies for self-sufficiency by using evidence-based approaches to address prevention, early detection, and self-management of current and future barriers. These recommendations have yielded over an 85% success rate in clients becoming self-sufficient and not needing to return to the IRC, but look towards themselves, family or community supports for future barriers.I also manage all administrative requirements for the Preferred Communities Grant by monitoring the program's compliance with the grant requirements and the Office of Refugee Resettlement and adjust where needed.

Providence Health and Services Elder Place- an Assisted Living Facility (ALF) that serves a variety of people needing long-term health services and low-income housing. Developed first hand knowledge of integrated health care systems, health care for the elderly, low-income housing, and assisted living facilities. Ran and completed several reports: financial, member, low-income housing reports for ALF and sent to HQ to ensure the facility was in compliance with state regulations. Assisted in several departments of ALF to ensure projects were being completed on time and correctly. Provided support to team members and residents.

Collaborated with Kigali Hope and Ivuka Arts to create 11 culturally and contextually appropriate murals detailing the effects of HIV stigma. I secured partnerships with government officials and local business to gain donations and community buy-in. Worked with the CEO of Kurema Kureba Kwiga and developed a proposal and submitted it to the US Embassy and Dutch Embassy and was awarded $10,000 in total.

Developed an Income Generating Activity (IGA) Training manual and creating a participant’s manual for Technical Education and Vocational Training (TEVT). These trainings were open to Rwandan women between the ages of 19-30. Learned local customs and language to work with and assist the local population in a 24 month period. Over this period conducted community mapping, questionnaires needs assessments and worked with community members to implement projects. One project was based on gender equality- a women's basket weaving group had several trainings with a local non-profit on how to create, sustain, and run a business. This resulted in women increasing their finical contribution to 20% of the household income after 10 months of training and having their baskets being sold at the market. I completed several other projects during my 24-month contract. Each project is still running around today contributing to the idea of sustainability.
