Enterprise Customer Success Manager
Flexential provides tailored Hybrid IT solutions delivered via the FlexAnywhere platform of integrated colocation, cloud, connectivity, data protection, managed and professional services designed to empower our customer’s digital transformation. The Enterprise CSM is the key relationship stakeholder for a module of large enterprise customers with complex hosting and colocation requirements. Primarily responsible for customer satisfaction and retention throughout the entire customer lifecycle. Activities include onboarding, customer success plans, issue resolution, Executive Business Reviews, owning risk mitigation, and portal training.
