Current● Manages a portfolio of healthcare customers for the medical equipment company specializing in the insulin delivery device Omnipod—building a robust sales pipeline, managing relationships with key accounts, and stewarding engagements through the full sales cycle,.● Develops the territory strategy in alignment with broader internal corporate objectives—building the business plan and customer account strategies, conducting marketing research, and managing activity and growth opportunities within the territory. ● Serves as a product expert and advisor for the Omnipod device—providing technical support, product education, and facilitating trainings to healthcare teams on usage and safety. ● Cultivates a network of customers and prospects from healthcare facilities and physician’s offices—fostering long-term relationships and gaining a keen understanding of their decision-making process. ● Ensures sales operations and strategies comply with FDA’s regulations and guidelines and the company’s code of conduct—maintaining expertise in regulatory compliance and industry standards. ● Provides mentorship and coaching to junior team members and cross-functional staff—training on corporate standards, regulatory requirements, and sales best practices. ● Orchestrates business development strategies to grow customer base and secure sales—coordinating cross-functional teams on advertising campaigns, event activations, and promotional materials.● Partners with medical professionals and facilities to better understand and prioritize specific needs—analyzing data and recommending products and services that can optimize patient care.
