SmartTeddy is the first smart toy in the shape of a teddy bear that plays with kids and helps them learn. It’s a smart companion for edutainment with AI that becomes a kid’s best friend, learns with the kid, and builds an emotional connection with them.✅ Achieved defect rate of <1% by developing automated testing suites and deploying them in Chinese factories and upon release of new firmware.✅ Reduced incident response time to 30 minutes by developing and deploying product health monitoring utilities.✅ Developed the project architecture (hardware + backend + mobile app), which made it easy to scale the functionality and bring the product to different countries.✅ An industrial prototype of the product was developed and launched in production in an incredible 3 months, thanks to a well-defined critical path strategy, hard work, and transparent communication within the team.✅ More than 60,000 devices were produced and developed, and more than 100 new features were implemented, thanks to the formation of an R&D development team consisting of engineers, embedded programmers, QA, technical support engineer, and production manager.
