I’ve lived and breathed banking and finance for over 20 years both here in New Zealand and overseas. I started my banking career in Las Vegas of all places while studying and instantly knew it was my calling. I found a huge passion in educating and helping customers reach their goals and that grew into using that knowledge to help other bankers do the same. My role now is to help simplify and improve our processes to enable better customer and people experiences. I believe better experiences lead to better customer outcomes and that can only mean a brighter New Zealand.
