Responsible for all revenue account functions including but not limited to billing, receiving and collections for 3 companies and approximately 2500+ customers and dealers using Peachtree(Sage 50), CRM, check scanner, Sage credit card processing, excel, word, In-Time and MIRS. Additionally A/P, Payroll (Paychex) & Daily Cash Flow• Daily address all client/company billing comments, concerns and issues. Update account/client information.• Prepare, print and send all invoicing including monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly, annually, service tickets and monthly overages..• Process daily deposits, including checks, ACH’s/EFT’s and credit card transactions. • Set up new accounts, preparing invoicing, set up reoccurring and memorized transactions. Process closed accounts. • Prepare and post deferred/recovery for prior month.• Audit and balance all A/R general ledger accounts for month end financials.• Collections• Review and update purchase orders. • Maintain and update new account and service order spreadsheets and logs.• Prepared and posted quarterly B&O and Washington Sales Tax• Prepared and posted Work in Process, job cost, cost analysis.• Enter vendor invoices and process check runs
