Managed the payroll, human resources, and accounting functions, as well as the overall management of all business and operational functions for a family-owned construction firm with locations in Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire, and Rhode Island. Responsible for recruiting, hiring, onboarding, payroll, benefits management, budgeting, accounting, business insurance, tax reporting, budget management, workers compensation, safety, compliance, and professional licensing.
