I began my professional career in 2013 as an audit assistant, and later, I took on roles in financial reporting and budget departments at global companies. Currently, I work at Borusan Caterpillar, and after approximately 6 years in the budget and reporting department, I started working as a Finance Business Partner in the E&T industry as of January 2023. In my current position, I closely collaborate with industry and country teams, performing financial analysis and assessments, strategic planning, customer financing, contract processes, and cash management. In a broad sense, I am someone with a high business focus, who enjoys analysis and investigation, appreciates questioning, is always open to new ideas and developments, and maintains clear communication. My future goal is to focus on my current shortcomings, consistently improve myself in both business and team management, and aspire to be an effective leader open to new ideas rather than a traditional manager. In today's age, we recognize the critical importance of leaders who understand their teams, apply the necessary responsibilities, and decision-making skills to their teams, and lead with openness and clear communication. Therefore, I am committed to continually developing myself on this path. In the future, I aim to play a role in company management as a leader possessing these qualities.
