From which, undertake continual categorization of the USACs and prepare specific action plans as required to reduce USAC’s and to eliminate recurrence.•Review monthly HSE Reports prepared by the HSE Officer and advise Regional HSE Manager on critical issues.•Conduct incident investigations, identify root and contributory causes and, prepare associated reports and action plan to eliminate or prevent recurrence.•Carry out formal risk assessments as per Fosroc Risk Assessment Methodology, for all hazardous, new and unusual tasks, and informal risk assessments for all PTW certificates.•Work closely with the local Opco and the Regional HSE Manager to assist in the preparation of HSE Plans.•As the Environmental Management Representative of ISO14001, conduct internal audits and liaise with the external assessing body for interim and revalidation audits, as necessary.•Lead in overseeing the management and the implementation of the company environmental policy and program, and ensure company’s commitment to environmental regulations is met.
