- Cv research and planning&organizing to telephone interview - Organizing and supporting a face to face interview- Ensuring interview results&assestment reports are entered into the system- Supporting candidates in the job offer and recuritment documents processes- Providing feedback to candidates about recuritment processes

-Follow national and international press and contribute in the preparation of IKV weekly e-newsletter that covers developments.-Conduct in-depth research with İKV Experts-Create contents and support İKV's social media accounts.-Assist İKV in the organisation of international conferences and panels.-Assist in the update of İKV website.
