Technology Analyst
Current- Ensuring internal communication within the team, holding team meetings, keeping team up-to-date with the project details- Taking care of new starters, introducing them to the team, their tasks and role- Identify and implement process improvement initiatives in conjunction with manager and team- Standing in for supervisor within agreed scope of delegated authority on specific subjects- Supporting the team members in case of problems or escalation; being the first point of referral for escalated queries or problems with the infrastructure, network or systems- Troubleshooting MDM applications and client applications (SCCM, Ivanti, Intune) client applications and configuration, management of devices and deployment configuration- AD access and configuration for user and device- Exchange client-side troubleshooting- Troubleshooting issues regarding all applications form client, all Windows OS related issues, VDI configuration and access- Working together with L3 Teams and SCCM infrastructure team in order to establish the root cause of the issues appeared.- Mentoring the new joiners of the team- Providing access and implementation to new applications within the Project by adhering to the standards- Assisting Team Lead and SDM regarding Interviews for New Hires, creating improvements for the ticket handling process and Service Delivery, providing suggestions for applications that sustain and improve the IT workflow and performance- Improving collaboration with teams form the same project and to ticketing system
