Transitioning into my next position as the Innovation Project Coordinator, my role was pivotal in coordinating new initiatives and leading formula changes and packaging modifications for our existing product line. I was responsible for overseeing the entire process, right from its inception to post-launch.My duties also included constructing and monitoring project schedules, ensuring that they adhered to the plan during both the development and execution phases which ensured that all projects were completed in a timely manner.As the primary communication liaison for projects, I interacted with clients across various departments including regulatory, trade marketing, commercial, financial planning, demand management, procurement, and R&D. This role required me to maintain clear lines of communication at all times.To ensure efficiency and productivity in our processes, I leveraged project management methodologies such as SCRUM, Lean, and Kanban. These methodologies helped keep our processes clear and up-to-date.In addition to these responsibilities, I also generated comprehensive project reports. These reports provided insights into project progress by highlighting challenges encountered along the way as well as solutions implemented. They also marked key milestones achieved during the course of each project.

In my first role as a Financial Planning Senior Analyst at Coty Inc., a multinational beauty company specializing in manufacturing, marketing, and distributing a wide range of professional and retail products, I was responsible for conducting valuations of volumes received in the Sales & Operations Planning (SOP) process. I collaborated closely with the analysis team on Plan and Forecast comparisons and prepared materials for our monthly Finance Review meetings.My role involved performing detailed analysis of price, volume, and mix variations. This allowed me to identify trends, anomalies, and potential areas for improvement. I also assisted in the process of monthly closing reports by analyzing and identifying key impacts, risks, and opportunities that could inform strategic decision-making.I developed financial feasibility studies for new business ventures, product innovations, and technical changes to existing products to ensure profitability. In addition, I provided support to marketing, trade projects, and commercial areas through Profit & Loss (P&L) analysis by Category and Brand.Monitoring the financial performance of brands in our company portfolio was another crucial part of my role. Through in-depth analyses, I informed targeted business actions aimed at improving profitability. I developed annual brand investment budget plans that encompassed media spending, consumer promotions, and innovation development costs. By monitoring spending monthly, I ensured adherence to budgetary guidelines.Creating detailed financial analysis models including P&L statements, Return on Investment (ROI), and Net Present Value (NPV) calculations were also part of my responsibilities. These models aided informed decision-making within the company.
