Managing of the Brewery with a capacity of 1 mln hl and the Maltery (elevator + malt house) with a capacity of 22 000 tons of malt.Brewery’s departements: Beer production, Packaging, Warehouse logistics, Engineering, QA department, Safety and security, Maltery, TPM.HC: 127 own employees + 70 contractors.Responsible for:Ensuring the uninterrupted production of beer in accordance with the plan, the required level of quality and food safety, compliance with health and safety requirements.Interaction with sales, planning department, purchasing department, central functions.Development and defence of the Brewery’s budget, investment budget for the strategic development of the Brewery for 3 years. Budget execution control.TPM implementation to improve the efficiency of the Brewery.Interaction with the regional administration (Ministry of Agriculture, Ministry of Economics, Governor).
