PM Projects: CQ-32 East Side Access, Park West High School, PS-19 and CUNY Dental SchoolCurrent Quality Control Projects: WTC Transportation Hub, WTC Retail Pre-Tenant & ParkingPast PM / Close - Out Projects: PS-320, PS-314, PS-339, PS-343, IS-868 and 34 East 51st Street• Plan, organize, coordinate and direct construction activities with maintenance of structures and facilities• Schedule project phases based on established deadlines• Negotiate contracts with clients, vendors, subcontractors and suppliers• Evaluate and track project cost budget and man hours• Monitor construction progress, including worker productivity and compliance with building and safety codes • Interpret contract terms to administrative staff, workers, and clients, representing the owner or developer• Prepare, revise and negotiate change estimates and contract agreements with clients, suppliers and subcontractors• Requisition labor, supplies and materials• Prepare monthly progress cost tracking reports• Resolve issues related to work procedures, complaints, and construction problems• Support quality control and safety requirements

• Develop and maintain Quality Management System, including procedures, instructions and plans affecting quality in design, purchasing, construction, inspection and testing for construction projects• Establish submittal management system which schedules, manages, and tracks all submittals, required by the Contract Documents including those of subcontractors and suppliers• Inspect and Test purchased items entering the construction site• Perform internal and external audits to assess compliance with the requirements of the Quality Control program and contract documents• Maintain and track non-conformances and corrective action quality records• Document Quality Records in the specially designed database• Prepare Primavera P6 schedules for forecasting of quality and construction activities• Provide QC training, including training on QMS goals and responsibilities• Assist subcontractors and suppliers develop their own QC program• Provide project management support to construction Project Managers• Serve as WDF Inc. Plumbing Security Information Manager (SIM), as required by the Port Authority of NY & NJ, to review, transport, receive, develop and authorize access to classified and secure documents• WTC Site Access Issuing Officer for WDF, Inc. Plumbing and HVAC projects

• Manage QA call monitoring and auditing activity• Provide updates on all issues regarding project reports, QA goals and training• Evaluate the work of QA and Reporting Specialists• Support new Managed Care projects in New York, Indiana, Iowa, Massachusetts and Virginia• Develop reports and dashboards using Crystal Reports, PLSQL and Xcelsius• Administer Crystal Reports on the Crystal Reporting Server• Maintain project’s Policies and Procedures• Design, implement and maintain reports using MS Access databases and queries• Provide summaries of operations in “The Boyko Newsletter”• Generate reports to a set or ad-hoc schedule for clients from New York City Human Resources Administration, NY State Department of Health and NY counties

• Generate and analyze project’s key data on routine and ad-hoc basis for daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports• Design and maintain MS Access databases, queries, newsletters and reports in call center performance, field services, consumer enrollments and surveys• Provide training to staff on using projects' databases and reports• Create new and improve existing Quality Assurance evaluation and control tools• Self-learn SQL/Crystal reports creation and MS Access database creation, queries and reports

-Analyze data from weekly and monthly reports received from the Project Management Company,-Prepare reporting packages for Human Resources Administration.

-Assist in releasing of corporate Internet site and set up of Delta Micro-Cap Growth Mutual Fund,-Collect and organize financial data,-Research equity reports on more than 1,200 US companies,-Prepare financial packages of Delta Micro-Cap Fund and enter financial data into specialized database.
