The Office Shared team provides components and services used throughout the Office 365 product suite world-wide. • Own the end-to-end product management and strategy for Office 365 co-authoring services world-wide across multiple development teams and multiple internal and external partner teams in a highly matrixed organization.• Founded “Recommended Document List” service which uses Machine Learning to build the set of Office 365 documents that users should collaborate on next. Released world-wide to over 50M users across multiple end-points. The Holistic Engagement and Monetization (HEM) team focused on better monetizing existing Microsoft customers and increasing their engagement with the overall Microsoft ecosystem of products. • Developed a new platform and associated products for Card Linked offers. These offers enabled brick-and-mortar merchants to run real-time discounts via a link to the consumer’s credit card(s). Established technical/product relationships with financial industry partners First Data, VISA, MasterCard, and American Express for card-linked offers and loyalty products.• Conceived, scoped, drove development, and launched a successful company-wide Employee Purchase Program (EPP) pilot to over 750,000 customers. EPP provided benefits to employees of the Microsoft’s best corporate customers (e.g. Wells Fargo, Nike, SpaceX). The program’s goal was to drive incremental end-user sales for Microsoft products and influence renewals of large enterprise sales contracts. • Owned end-to-end product definition and development for an internal advertising delivery system (Predictive Engine) designed to apply machine learning and extensive user profile information [big data] to drive monetization and increased engagement of existing Microsoft customers. • Created new ad products that showcase offers in ad slots typically used for display advertising on Windows 8 and mobile. The Developer Division (DevDiv) DDCPX team was chartered to improve the overall experience Microsoft customers had with developer products after they shipped.• Led deployment efforts for the .NET Framework across DevDiv and the company.• Ensured that all efforts of groups across the company (e.g. DDCPX, the DevDiv Setup group, OEM Sales group, and DevDiv Marketing) provided a consistent deployment experience across multiple distribution channels.
