Front Desk Manager
• Ensure Quality Assurance Standard of Hospitality are provided to all guests and visitors on property and/or via telephone. • Check in/out guests, compute bills, collect payments, and make change for guest. • Verify all guests’ information, i.e., additional keys, telephone calls and packages.• Receive guest requests and/or complaints and ensure proper actions are taken by communicating with housekeeping, engineering and security as needed via telephone and e-mail.• Make, confirm and cancel reservations for owners/guests as well as answering inquiries pertaining to the resort amenities and services.• Balance end-of-day shift report.• Night auditor, open business and solve all issues pertaining when collecting Resort daily revenue for previous business day.• Assist Inventory management on monitoring room inventory and perform task of inventory control.• Complete projects as assigned by upper management.• Train and motivate the Team to ensure productivity.• Monitor and assist front Desk Agents and Reservation Agents with yearly goals.• Perform quality Assurance Audit Checklist quarterly for front Desk Agent.• Comply with corporate initiatives and policies including internal quality assurance Initiative.• Comply with the appearance policy set forth by the front Desk department and corporate handbook.• Assist Front Desk Agents on policies and procedures and job functions.• Expert using Clarity, Atlas and shift-4 software.• Time management, able to organize and manage multiple priorities and the availability to solve and delivery them on time.• Expert on problem solving and problem solving skill.• Excellent on taken the initiative to solve complex issues and being able to solve them promptly under a close upper management supervision.
