Project Manager• Determine and define project scope and objectives together with the company management • Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner • Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements • Track project costs in order to meet budget • Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan • Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress • Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables • Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution • Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed • Measure project performance to identify areas for improvementNetwork Engineer• Break/fix support for customer services across the International network. • Owns incidents, resolves them swiftly and drives through to final fix, working with customers and other internal and external teams as appropriate. • Escalation to vendor support and other internal teams to ensure prompt and satisfactory resolution of issues. • Provides concise and relevant action plans for teams to resolve network and customer issues efficiently. • Communication and documentation of customer- and service-specific support information. • Uses detailed understanding of operational capabilities to support operations acceptance of new infrastructure and non-standard bids. • Pro-active problem management based on technical and trend analysis to ensure service stability and preventative action taken where possible.Video Engineer with Video Editing Skills• Responsible for setting up and operating complex production videos. • Engineer digital video systems, processes, and components, as well as prepare engineering reports related to ongoing video projects, progress reports, plans, and designs. • Work primarily for television or broadcasting studios; however, some also work independently as consultants or for a corporate department which supports other departments within a company, such as marketing or advertising. • Knowledgeable of radio frequency (RF) and cellular communications for digital video systems, and familiarity with configuration of WAN/LAN/wireless networks is also desirable.• Film/video production. • Evaluate video performance and display using a variety of metrics. • Monitor video infrastructure and capacity. • Design and operate video circuits, amplifiers, encoding, compression, and other software or equipment.
