Only one product (Mobile Dating) was a true leader in the category. Shareholders wanted dramatical growth of business, promotion of the brand, expansion in CIS and abroad - these steps should make company attractive for investors and increase its total value. Together with Ivan Skripkin (General Director) we rebuilt the company, scale up all processes and service portfolio, established new areas of expertise, started CIS expansion. We achieved good results not only in operational mode, but in PR and advertising especially. We expanded overall market share, climbed to the very top of TV and media advertisers, became the most recognizable brand in mobile content industry and well positioned player (turnover increased ~2,5-3 times from end of 2004).Company was successfully sold in July 2007.
