Answer guest enquires (email, phone or direct ) and provide them appropriate complementary information.
Organize the all stay of our guest according to their desires and our suggestions (airport transfer, restaurants, car rental, yacht rental, helicopters, ...).
Provide extraordinary service for special occasion (birthday, honeymoon, VIP).
Realized booklet to present Concierge services to our guests. This document is sent to our guest prior to their arrival.
Realized interactive maps showing to our guest the potential activities, visits, restaurants... to do during their stay in the area. The map is presented on an Ipad on self-service in the lobby
