As Pedagogy and Youth Integration Project Leader, my missions : - Work hand in hand with the coordination team of LP4Y : countries coordinators, coordinator Asia, and project leaders- Be a support for countries coordinators and coaches by being solution-oriented- Be the guardian of the pedagogy in the centers for the 4 countries ( Philippines, India, Indonesia and Vietnam ) and facilitate the sharing of good practices between the 19 centers (36 programs)- Improve the existing coaching tools and propose new ones if needed- Accompany the coaches to follow up the Youth looking for a job and graduated from the training- In the Philippines, develop partnerships with Decathlon, CGI, Sodexo and Microsourcing regarding professional integration (hiring process, follow up of new employees, organization of common events...)- Support the development of the Stars Club (alumni) in all the centers : annual seminar, regular events- Take part to the training of new catalysts on the field every 6 month- Participate to the Youth Inclusion Network initiative that gathers companies working towards professional integration of Youth living in extreme poverty
