Mr Denys Bortnyk is a highly resourceful and passionate young legal specialist. His exposure in law covers such spheres as resolution of international commercial disputes, alternative dispute resolution (mediation), debt settlement, contract law, international commercial litigation and arbitration.Presently, Mr Bortnyk holds position of Councel at office of TCM Group Ukraine in Kyiv. TCM Group Ukraine is a part of unique alliance of 35 law offices and 110 agencies, which practice international commercial dispute resolution in 145 countries.In the past, he obtained an LLB and LLM degrees from the National University of “Kyiv-Mohyla academy” where he was deeply involved into voluntary work in financial, corporate, human rights sectors of law.Mr Denys Bortnyk has also obtained skills and gained high proficiency level in resolving legal disputes and providing consultations to his clients during more that two years of practice in Ukrainian Helsinki Human Rights Union.In 2019, Mr Bortnyk was selected among 25 colleagues for an internship at an international law firm based in Los Angeles, CA.
