Since its founding in the Spring of 2000, I have served as the Managing Partner of BostonCIO. BostonCIO delivers high-value IT advisory and direct technology management services with deeply experienced consultants to assess clients’ staff, processes, and technology. BostonCIO recommends complete, actionable strategies with corresponding workplans, timelines and capital and operating budgets. Through the Shared-Basis CTOTM and Shared-Basis CIOTM offerings and defined scope project work, BostonCIO successfully and consistently delivers on systems replacements, complex carve-outs and multifaceted integration projects. BostonCIO consultants can also remediate technical issues, drive software development efforts, mitigate risk and improve IT performance for clients transitioning from outdated technology, failed implementations, or deferred investments in IT as well as facilitate new data center optimizations, cloud migrations, application and systems strategy definition, and software codebase and IP stabilization.In nearly half of the BostonCIO projects, these services are provided directly to private equity firms and other investors related to buy-side transactions or working to improve the systems and performance of portfolio companies.

Founded BostonCOMPLY as a product offering of BostonCIO to provide targeted consulting services that enable clients to rapidly and efficiently meet urgent government, partner, and/or customer driven compliance requirements. Through our Practical Compliance Automation™ (PCA) SaaS platform, we deliver appropriate and auditable IT compliance programs and strategies to meet external demands in a practical and sustainable way. I continue to be engaged with the BostonCOMPLY efforts as a founder. BostonCOMPLY’s Practical Compliance Automation™ is offered directly to end user clients and via an extensive network of resellers and managed service providers.
