The products of which are distributed nationally to major retailers.Glasshouse Assistant Production ManagerThis role involves assisting the Production Manager in achieving all duties required in the production of a range of Pepper and of Aubergine varieties within a glass growing unit.This role also includes the management of a CHP (gas) and a Boiler (Gas/Kerosene) unit on site.

The fruit manager is responsible for three defined areas, field harvest, packing station and logistics.The area of harvest involves the coordination of 50+ staff to manage and monitor the plantation prior to harvest while delivering crop information internationally for the most appropriate distribution of the fruit produced given the market landscape. The area of harvest also includes fruit de-greening, fruit cutting and delivery to the packing station.The Packing house management involves the coordination of 50+ staff in the processing of up to 50,000 boxes of fruit per week, from quality assurance to pre-cooling of the fruit prior to dispatch.Also included within the area of harvest manager is that of logistics, again an international liaison aspect is found to decide where best to send the fruit, this includes the coordination of external haulage and shipping companies to transport the produce to the market.
