Mr. TIENG has been gaining more over 20-year professional working experiences by bottom-up career pathways with the Educational Services Provider Institutions of the General Education (GE), the Technical Vocational Education & Training (TVET), and the Higher Education (HE) Programs within both of private & Non-Profit Organizations (NGOs) such as CAC Center, Harrods International Academy (HIA), Mengly J. Quach Education (MJQE), The University of Cambodia (UC), the Association of TOUTES A L’ECOLE (TAE) and POUR UN SOURIRE D’ENFANT (PSE), the REGENT School of Business (Regent College) and various in Production House and Advertising Agencies in Cambodia, also attended in many various local and international training courses and workshops related to his job skills.With an educational background of the study, he obtained MBA in Management in 2008 from the University of Cambodia (UC), Diploma in Business Study (MELEWAR Academia, Malaysia), Hon’s Degree from the REGENT School of Business in 2003, and BBA in Marketing from the National University of Management (NUM) in 2001.Beyond professional working experiences in the management & leadership and Educational Background, he had completed the mission of the pilot TVET project’s implementation about 400,000 $USD of “Beauty for Better Life” sponsored by Foundation L’oréal and Foundation Cuomo for Happy Chandara Vocational Training Center (TAE – the Association of TOUTES A L’ECOLE ) in Prek Thmey, Kingdom of Cambodia.
