On successful funding, recruiting then line managing the graduate [KTP Associate] and managing the project throughout the period to ensure delivery of key benefits to all partners – University, Company and Associate. After a period of travelling re-joined the University to manage the 3 year £8.7m ESF funded partnership project ADAPTthroughRATIO which delivered projected outputs within budget. Following this I managed the financial and administration aspects of the ESF funded HERRON project which had a total value of some £4m and again managed the final reporting and audit requirements of this successful project.
