I'm working with the ecomedes' team to enhance the existing product and introduce it to my network of architects, designers, owners and contractors.I am also doing one on one client support work by analyzing energy, water and building products use for pre-fabricated communities and outlining improvements for future communities under development as well as working with REITs and large lease-holders to set up customized portals to aid in meeting their ESG goals.

I established Acta Non Verba, a multifaceted Sustainable Building consulting firm to purely focus on the success of my clients with a triple bottom line approach: providing revenue enhancing as well as environmentally and socially responsible design projects. It’s not about completing a project; it’s about creating more success for our clients and the planet. They are more than our clients — we view them as our partners.During the Summer 2018, our team became immersed at SFO’s Harvey Milk Terminal 1, the first LEED Platinum and WELL Platinum certified airport, where we were awarded contracts for Boarding Area B (BAB) Construction Administration management, Boarding Area C boarding bridge remodel, BAB Green Roof design, and Tunnel D moving walkway replacement. Working with a sustainability leader like SFO as well as previously with Google has inspired me to do more with sustainability and I am now focusing Acta Non Verba on advising businesses committed to taking action to prevent climate change and improve the lives of all humans.

Project Color Corps believes in the power of color as a change agent to infuse a sense of well-being and energy into neighborhoods nationwide. We are dedicated to creating change by painting neighborhoods with color and pattern that impart positive messages of optimism and hope. As Program Director my responsibility is to ensure every project runs smoothly, while educating and building relationships with children, schools, and communities who are under resourced. With nine project completed and ten more in the planning stages, my role continues to grow in scope and impact for the organization.

I am a multi-discipline design and construction project manager, specializing in guiding businesses through the process of office relocation.I have 20 years of experience in problem solving at all phases of design and construction. My clients include businesses large and small, spaces boutique and utilitarian, and projects complex and simple.

Managed receipt and organization of closeout documents from new data center construction, with a successful goal of reducing entropy.Developed requirements for and performed quality checks of turnover documentation for data center facilities, which included drawings, submittals, shop drawings, Operation and Maintenance Manuals, permits, etc.Provided CAD and design support for cross discipline teams on data center design standards and evacuation plans.Improved user experience of the Windchill PLM system by establishing a consistent filing system as well as a consistent method for categorizing document types and assigning metadata and workflows to those documents so information is immediately available during both planned and unplanned maintenance.Created method to track owner requirements provided to design and construction vendors on a per-site and program-wide basis to insure they were performing as expected.Led regular meetings with the projects' design and construction teams—including both Google PM's and outside vendors—to ensure prompt delivery of high-quality turnover documents.

As the first project leader hired for the San Francisco Office opened in 2013, my roles and responsibilities:Managed several design and construction projects worth in excess of $100MM for multiple clients across the Bay area.Recruited and supervised a pool of approximately 20 architects, strategic planners and designers, with the goal of assigning the appropriate team for each clients’ requirements to deliver the right space on time and on budget. Key lead in providing schedule and budget development and tracking, bringing in subconsultants while managing our in-house design team deliverables.Collaborated with other project leaders across the United States to ensure projects are properly staffed, agreements reviewed and approved, while reporting to directors on fee forecasts and future recruiting needs for the organization as a whole.Developed new business opportunities with the Marketing team through project interviews, proposals and contract negotiations, as well as soliciting new clients.

Led a team of approximately 25 designers, architects and engineers as part of a 100+ member team for a new six million square foot world-class airport in Doha, Qatar. At the clients’ request, I participated in both the ongoing construction administration team as well as team redesigning the airport during simultaneous construction of the original design.Performed several project roles including project designer, project manager, and project technical lead for 20+ corporate interiors projects across a wide range of clients. For each project, I was responsible for every aspect, including the initial interview to obtain work, lease negotiation, space planning, design development, client presentation, furniture specification, construction documentation and construction administration.Negotiated with brokers to review proposed leases and spaces for clients to insure that both the space and the negotiated lease would meet the clients short and long term planning goals.Retained repeat business clients through my excellent performance, leading to several requests for my inclusion in the project team for national projects. Created LEED for Brokers presentation as a way to promote sustainable building practices for our clients, starting from their space search and lease negotiation phases.Developed new business with the Marketing team by participating in project interviews, proposals and contract negotiations as well as soliciting new business.
