·Temporary to hire position through Cadre May 2006 through October 2006·Provide administrative / executive support to the President including scheduling and calendar maintenance, travel arrangements, correspondence, handling of confidential information·Coordinate company marketing efforts including the company website, social media, newsletter and direct mailing initiatives·Handle HR related matters including recruitment and staffing, coordination of employee benefits, administration of company policies and maintenance of company handbook

·Lead the implementation of ePRISM, a market data management system. ·Associate Service Center technical expert for the design, development and testing of new technologies related to the ASC and benefits administration·Provide ongoing maintenance, enhancements and problem solving for the ASC technologies·Continually identify data risks, data integrity issues and initiate solutions to reduce risks and improve data integrity·Query and Report design support for ASC/Benefits·Maintain Benefit Setup Tables in PeopleSoft·Technical Project Manager for Open Enrollment 2002 and 2003: lead the design of online enrollment form within PeopleSoft, identified and implemented process improvements to online enrollment process along with ASC Open Enrollment administration ·ASC project lead for the PeopleSoft 8.0 upgrade involving coordination and conducting of system testing, identification of process improvements, training of ASC team members
