I work the night shift, from 7 PM to 7 AM, where I provide comprehensive support for various contracts and oversee incident management. My primary responsibilities involve leading conference calls and rousing individuals from their sleep to support in the resolution of others.On the incident management front, I focus on handling high-priority, business-critical calls and contracts. This entails deploying a deep well of knowledge and effective problem-solving skills to ensure that the correct teams are engaged to resolve the issues promptly. Every call is meticulously managed to a resolution or smoothly transitioned to the next stage with comprehensive details.In addition to this, I boast a strong background in second-line support, where I've dedicated my expertise to specific clients on a full-time basis and, when needed, provided relief for multiple clients.Furthermore, I've had the privilege of being selected for various secondments that involve cultivating new business opportunities. This includes collaborating with external infrastructure, seamlessly integrating it with our own systems, or spearheading projects focused on migrating data and establishing new user setups.
