He is well versed in analysing and developing creative solutions for organisational change, assessing differing requirements and providing “win - win” scenarios to all levels of project delivery and business.Bo has extensive expertise in overcoming challenges in introducing BIM/CAD technology across an organisation. Over the past 15 years he has worked with multiple companies in the Asia/Pacific region providing these services. Most notably as BIM Manager for Hassell and A+ Design Group where he created the standards, methodology, workflows, and content to streamline the design and documentation processes.
