Refactored the Attribute Configuration process impacting the entire platform. During this process utilized tools such as Appdynamics and JProfiler to identify problem areas and address them. Using several different design methodologies performance was dramatically improved.Architected a new approach for internal Batch Processing within the core application. Refactored over a 100 different types of "Jobs", streamline them and coded them to all report using the same style and metrics.Completely revamped the entire build process of the application covering multiple repositories and dozens of applications in each using Maven, migrating away from a piece meal solution in use for a decade.Lead the Critical Support Team to the point where at the time we had a total of 10 production defects at any one time, the lowest total the company had or has ever had.Worked to develop several services that incorporated a new acquisition with our existing model. Implemented these web services using contract first design supported by Swagger contracts.
