Being a Consultant in Technology Risk, I helped organizations leverage technology to achieve a competitive advantage and advising on how to make IT more efficient and managing the risks associated with running IT operations: • Assisting in multiple external IT Auditing projects for clients from the Financial sector; • Supporting organizations in identifying and assessing their most important IT risks, to mitigate the risks and to maintain the confidentiality, integrity and availability of IT and data, including business continuity management; • Performing designed tests to assess the operating effectiveness of compliance controls including change, access to systems, networks and data, computer operations and systems development; • Helping obtain and review evidence of compliance for adherence to standards.

Supported assigned Logistics and Event Experience Project Managers and their teams in pursuit for delivering the best possible participation experience to all the attendees of this international junior entrepreneur gathering, by developing a detail-driven plan, specifically designed to the event, identifying all points on the participants' journey, associated risks and the appropriate responses to be held by the organising team. It was a 10 month-long process of unceasing challenges, learning and improvement which tested our resilience and unity as a whole team.

Helped developing and executing a year-long Communication Plan, partitioned for each specifically identified target - internal or external - and channel. This motivated the creation of several segmentation levels and made the organisation further clarify the message to be delivered to its stakeholders, fortifying the position of the Junior Enterprise movement as the number one extra-curricular activity for students.

While in charge of the internal concerns of the enterprise and its almost 60 associates, I helped rethink its whole organisational structure, internal communication, general, department and team meetings approach, work strategy regarding project management and its development platforms. By investing in members' training through college teachers' support, learning partners and keeping a committed and happy team, we managed to grow a strong mindset and culture, achieving that year a 1100% financial growth, 700% more external projects and 35 internal projects.

Developed projects mostly in the Digital Marketing domain, cooperating in multidisciplinary teams.

While leading a team of 10 people, I had the opportunity to design the annual Activity Plan for the department as well as having the chance to beforehand build my own team to develop a work strategy to take on the challenges down the road and hit every target established - diving into some technical aspects as server maintenance, website and e-mail maintenance - and supporting other departments in their activities.

Helped assist a small team through the annual activity plan, assisting with the decision making process, the internal communication procedure - team meetings scheduling, task assignment and management - and also taking care of reports and other technical documentation.
