• I quantified and streamlined workload demand planning - successfully balancing effort across this FCA regulated,150 FTE back and front office contact centre. Created and embedded accurate forecasting and reporting.
• Creation of intuitive and robust project tracking and planning tool enabling operations to deliver yearly work peak at record efficiency with associated cost saving
• Designed, created and delivered comprehensive Excel based workforce management and forecasting tool (none Erlang) for front and back office channels, that was subsequently deployed for 1,000 FTE on four contracts over.

Newcastle

• Responsible for sales profitability analysis following company restructure, financial plan creation, projects and margin investigation strategies. Forecasted sales and margin daily, monthly, quarterly and annually.
• Forecasted €20m monthly pan European revenues at EBIT to within 0.3% accuracy
• Assisted in design and roll out of TM1 Cognos reporting tool across European business
• Identified and mitigated £1.5m risk in 3rd party rebate contract
• Reconciliation of 5 European legal entities financials as part of TM1 roll out

• Responsible for all areas of analysis and pricing across EMEA. Provided support to the senior executive team: FSA reporting and compliance, analysing prospect requirements, highlighting and mitigating risk, developing.
• Part of business capture team securing over $200m of contracts from blue chip clients, including a role in client facing negotiations
• Global solutions costed and developed – on shore, off shore and near shore
• Project accounting of key business streams

• Initially tasked with the production of monthly 'like for like' reporting to the board, I was able to offer a range of support to the Analysis and Planning Department. Reporting on covenant adherence, post acquisition.
