I was reassigned to me the APD over Case Management for Weber and Davis Counties. I was in charge of auditing all Case Managers Files to ensure services were completed, and documentation was in accordance with Medicaid requirements. I also worked as a liaison with the court and Division of Child and Family Services. In addition to the aforementioned responsibilities, I was tasked with developing a Graduated Sanctions Model for the Division. I chaired a committee that included, Private Providers and Juvenile Court. Once the model was developed, I then had to oversee the process to develop contracts that would ensure that the intent of the model could be carried out by the private providers.

As the APD, i was in charge of all hiring and disciplinary actions, oversaw the budget usage and forecasting. Developed, organized and oversaw the implementation of performance management agreements, and yearly evaluations. Acted as a quality assurance officer assuring that services to youth ad allied agencies were of top quality.
