Assist and coordinate Human Resources processes, programs, and initiatives.• Partner with recruiting team to facilitate virtual and in-person job fairs, new hire classes, and employee on-boarding and offboarding • Responsible for maintaining accurate employee data, employment changes, and pay confirmation in the company’s HRIS and Records Management systems • Coordinate with multiple internal departments (Employee Service Center, Accounting, Facilities, etc.) to accomplish various requirements• Collaborate with peers and management to complete special tasks (spreadsheets, presentation, marketing, data analysis, etc.)• Create, maintain, and analyze associate surveys and referral data for multiple sites

Ensure the achievement of HR objectives while complying with federal, state, and labor-related laws, policies, and procedures through on-boarding, employment, and off-boarding.
