Job Summary:• Manage IT system infrastructure and processes related to these systems for EMEA region.Primary responsibilities: • Server Virtualization - design, deployment and maintenance of virtual infrastructure solutions based on VMware vSphere. [7 years of VMware administration]• Antivirus Protection - Installation and management of antivirus servers for all endpoint clients in infrastructure [5000 clients]Responsibilities:• Active Directory configuration and administration• Microsoft Exchange server user management• Configuration and management of Windows Server roles and Features• Servers installation and rebuilding, configuration of hardware, peripherals, services and settings in accordance with standards and project requirements• Servers performance tuning, hardware upgrades and resource optimization• Systems monitoring on daily basis incl. verifying integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources and processes, checking logs (system, application,…) and scheduled jobs (backups,…)• Troubleshooting and diagnosing HW/SW problems, corrective actions implementation or escalation to appropriate technical support• Data backup and disaster recovery operations• Researching new technologies and its implementation
