• Oversee, develop and facilitate the strategic objectives and financial operations of the organization• Serve as a member of the Executive Management Team• Report directly to company President with dotted-line to parent company CFO• Manage the accounting (5 members), compliance (1 member) and human resources (1 member) departments and interim manager of the business process outsource department (5 members)• Provide data and analysis to the Executives Management Team to drive decisions relating to strategic development of partnerships, products and pricing• Serve as key contact for due-diligence and operational transition through two company acquisitions• Oversee annual financial and SOC-1 audits• Review, analyze and approve monthly financial statements; report results and variance to budget to parent and owners • Develop and manage annual operating budget and period forecasts• Provide ad hoc financial information and performance metrics as requested by parent company, clients, President and department managers• Develop and implement operational processes and procedures to drive efficiency/control cost throughout the company
