I became entrenched with our sales efforts. I attended target meetings to help understand the customers pain points and derive a solution that would fill the voids in their current solution. My responsibilities included answering question pertaining to the benefits of our software. I designed a solution based off the needs of the customer. Once the solution was ready to be presented I attended the meetings to speak technically to the proposal. I work with our PMO group to ensure that the expectation of our clients were effectively communicated and the project was commissioned successfully.

I built a team the encompassed everything from people to furniture that would allow my organization to flourish. I paid close attention to operational cost and effectively managed all office and field personnel.
