Led a project modifying the way tons are delvered to Ore Processing, significantly increasing tons dumped sustainably. During the pilot phase, records were set for daily and monthly tons. Trained a HR team in process flow and the eight wastes in order for the team to identify areas for improvement within their own processes. These improvements, as well as process metrics were measured and tracked on visual management boards Worked closely with Ore Processing to remove a common delay affecting production, increasing tons through the primary crusher Designed and implemented, coached and mentored teams associated with the visual management tools (Performance Centres) across various departments in the business.
