I assist the warehouse supervisor with all activities and provides guidance to others in the areas of receiving, shipping, cycle counting, ordering consumable supplies, inventory accuracy, excess returns and system transactionsMy Main Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:• Receive inbound purchase orders matching expected quantities and process to stock• Ensure all receipts, orders and shipments are completed (picked) accurately • Verify and inspect broken spares from technicians or customers• Verify and inspect restocking of returned excess inventory• Receive and restock repaired parts; resolve RMA issues in conjunction with the Repair Center• Assist in movement and configuration of storage shelves as needed• Investigate and resolve receipts, inventory, shipments, and invoice discrepancies• Ensure warehouse is stocked with necessary supplies by placing routine consumable orders• Other projects as assigned

Verify incoming product and properly receive, inventory, and store raw materials. Perform Data entry and prepare bills of lading for material being shipped to outside vendors. Pull carts for manufacturing of computer systems. Verify serial numbers and track them from receiving to production. Other various receiving functions including forklift operation.

I served as a front line sales representative doing cold sales to schools and businesses, I also did some follow up with clients and delivered some product for the company.

I was selected to the inventory management team a group of teammates who’s responsibilities included on the spot troubleshooting and problem solving as well as working on the annual inventory count.I was a teammate trainer and was responsible for the training of new teammates and transfers to the warehousing department.I was also a member of the “SWAT” team, a select group of trusted high performing teammates who would go to other Distribution Centers when needed.In addition to these additional responsibilities, I also worked in shipping, receiving, and stocking.
