Working closely with internal and external stakeholders to initiate, plan and execute the delivery of College projects. Oversee the development and execution of project plans, timelines, and budgets for the development and delivery of systems, services, products and platforms.

Responsibility for the day-to-day operation of a specialist medical training program delivering training to 2500 doctors across more than 150 training sites in Australia and New Zealand. Leading a team of staff to oversee the end-to-end administration of the training program, from the selection of trainee doctors all the way through to them achieving their specialist Fellowship medical qualification. Supporting site-based medical training supervisors by developing training resources and delivering online and face-to-face workshops. Preparation and management of discussion and options papers about training-related matters for the consideration of the College Board and the Council of Education (COE).

Designing and leading staff performance and development programs, including the creation of a professional learning framework, management of staff professional programs, and the delivery of training packages for small and large groups (up to 150 staff) via direct and remote learning methods. Leading an expert coaching team to introduce a program to build the capacity of emerging leaders.
