I have worked in manufacturing operations now for a little over 10yrs.I have gained extensive knowledge and experience in production management, planning and scheduling, team building and coaching, meeting objectives, problem solving, critical thinking, industrial health and safety, capital expenditure, information systems, data analytics, process improvement and much more.I enjoy taking on special projects, outside of my normal responsibilities, and that others tend to shy away from. I choose to take challenges head on and tend to come up with outside of the box solutions.I consider myself a “people person” and like being social as much as possible. Working with others brings out the most creativity in myself, allowing me to do my best work. I’m hardworking, self motivated, communicate well, and learn very quickly.There’s nothing I can’t figure out how to do once I set my mind to it.I’m a big outdoor enthusiast and am hoping to put my manufacturing expertise into action in the outdoor industry very soon.Thx
