As the manager for B-Team Productions I am responsible for all aspects of audio and video editing services. I have enabled the on time and on budget production of more than 100+ videos. In my current role I also provide a broad range of technical support to the creative team. I am responsible for resolution of IT related issues, vendor interactions, hardware and software inventory plus configuration management for over $150,000 worth of video production and networking equipment. I have hands-on trouble shooting experience with MAC and Windows based workstations, Polycom VoIP phones, Juniper firewalls, installation and configuration of IP camera based security systems and an operation of a wide range of audio and video production equipment. Additionally, I produced training manuals and programs for new team members on operation of our entire audio and video suites.

Upon graduating from Cal State San Marcos I started my own company to provide computer system administration services. My contract services included:Purchasing, configuring, and hardening of general purpose computer workstations.Design, connecting, and configuration reviews of networking equipment to include Cisco 26XX series routers, Juniper NS5 & 25 firewalls, and Dell switches.Verification and validation testing of GSM hardware and software.Review of customer provided user documentation.
