He has had a very broad exposure to all aspects of bankruptcy case administration and reorganized-company/trustee support, including the implementation of new business processes for reorganized entities and long-term trusts. He is also the Editor-in-Chief of the Commercial Bankruptcy Websites.With a background in systems integration and rapid application development, Mr. Daniel led the technology and data conversion teams for dozens of mega and high profile bankruptcy engagements. He has specialized in the consultative aspects of case administration--such as Schedule preparation, preference analysis, solicitation, reserve analysis, trust administration, and distribution—and has also directed a number of engagements as the project lead.
