I oversee and meet with all other key employees/ owners on all final financial decisions for Community Concepts, Community Options and Davis Interest Group. My primary responsibilty is to Community Concepts, this was our first company and our mainstay. I review all company financials on Monthly, Quarterly and Year end basis. I oversee and monitor all in house payroll, accounts payable and receivables. I have also, yet to let go my old position as Director of Purchasing, by doing this it allows me to micromanage certain areas of our budget.

As a real estate agent for Sibcy Cline, I started to just try something new. I soon realized that this was going to be truly helpful with my other companies. By being my own real estate agent I save realtor fees on properties that I sell and am also able to make a commission on not only my own purchases, but those that I represent as well.
