Managed a team of internal and external software developers to launch an improved software platform for 3MTM Digital Designs that addressed several key customer paint points identified via VOC and field assessment. Named inventor on a patent application for “Halo” (a cutting method for Pro-Market PPF) that I was instrumental in pushing through to submission.
