Current• Directs all maintenance activities for a dynamic Part 91 flight department operating four Gulfstream G650 aircraft and two Leonardo (AgustaWestland) AW139 helicopters across domestic and international operations.• Oversees 14 direct reports, including 10 technicians and four line technicians, performing office-based duties with a focus on long-term projects and departmental management.• Maintains an unwavering commitment to safety, grounded in the philosophy that safety is non-negotiable and integral to all operations, with a focus on doing things the right way.• Embraces customer service as fundamental, rooted in respect and people-first values, serving as a key tool for company success.• Resolves complex aircraft and facility maintenance challenges efficiently, serving as the main point of contact for aviation facility repairs and upkeep.• Excels in high-level communication and interpersonal skills, promoting positive employee relations, a supportive culture, and effective teamwork.• Builds and manages the department’s annual budget, exceeding $25MM+, including updates, chargebacks, and latest estimate (LE) reporting for budget planning.• Collaborates cross-functionally with finance, legal, and insurance teams to ensure alignment on operational and financial objectives.• Develops and maintains annual chargeback and personal use calculations, resulting in accurate departmental financial reporting.• Conducts monthly budget reviews to assess department performance and identify variances, implementing quarterly adjustments to maintain financial alignment.• Leads fleet modernization, overseeing the sale of current aircraft and managing the acquisition, production, and completion of four Gulfstream G800 and two Leonardo AW139 helicopters, with phased deliveries from 2025 to 2028.• Independently manages aircraft acquisition and disposition, with a proven track record of 33 transactions to date, including 19 within a two-year period.
