Responsible for assisting in the management of the lifecycle for service assets (hardware, software, licences and telecommunications) including inventory, compliance, usage and disposal, aiming to optimise the total cost of ownership and sustainability by minimising operating costs, improving investment decisions and capitalising on potential opportunities.• Liaise with stakeholders to enable effective installation/delivery of assets and to ensure that stakeholders understand lead times and deployment variances• Contribute to timely responses and recommendations on support requests and continuous improvement strategies to customer problems and queries to deliver a high level of customer service and reduce lifecycle processes.• Maintain accurate records and registers for all asset management activities and assist in identifying process improvements to ensure efficiencies to the business are achieved wherever possible.
