Brad Fowler co-founded ParkFowler Plus with Jennifer Park in 2023, after working together at Brininstool +Lynch. His experience includes work in construction, development, and real estate, all of which inform his approach to our work. Brad’s diverse background gives him a unique perspective that allows him to excel in switching focus from big picture considerations to the finest construction detail.Brad's previous employment at Brininstool + Lynch led him to work on many diverse project types ranging from large master plans and high rises, down to intimate residences and interior design projects. He led many of the firm’s mixed-use and multifamily projects in various cities, with intimate knowledge of the conceptual and technical requirements of the typology. He continuously pushes for thoughtful consideration and collaboration from start to finish, which makes him a great leader during the design and construction stages of a project.Brad has undergraduate and graduate degrees in architecture, as well as a minor in Psychology, from the University of Illinois at Chicago. He is a LEED Accredited Professional, a member of the American Institute of Architects, Chicago Association of Realtors and NCARB. Brad is a licensed architect in Illinois, Washington D.C., Texas, Idaho, and Alabama. He previously served on the Auxiliary Board of the Chicago Architecture Center, where he assisted in fundraising for youth education courses in architecture and design.
