This was my first placement at University. I gained experience at this placement with massage, taping, fitness and strength training along with pitch side physio assistance. My main duties on match days where massaging and applying tape to relevant players. While at training my duties where to plan and deliver fitness and strength sessions along with massage. At both training and games I provided pitch side physio assistance, were I helped with the care of player injuries that occured. This placement gave me experience of a sporting enviroment and let me take this forward into my future opportunities.
