Dr. Brad Harbaugh is an ordained pastor who currently serves as President / National Minister through Capitol Commission. Capitol Commission is 100% supported by donation and ministry partners. (Please view www.capitolcom.org ) Brad most recently completed his doctorate at Westminister. 2016-2018 served as State Minister Of North Carolina through Capitol Commission. 2002-2015; He served as Pastor in Adult Ministries and Outreach at Colonial, Cary, NC. From 2005 - 2015 he served as adjunct faculty at Shepherds Theological, teaching Life of Christ, New Testament, Counseling and Evangelism courses. Prior to North Carolina, Brad served as a senior pastor in Michigan. Brad did his undergrad work at Baptist Bible College of Pa; earned his Master Degree at Grand Rapids Theological Seminary and earned his Doctorate in Counseling at Westminster Theological Seminary. Brad has led several mission trips to Africa, teaching pastor conferences there. Discipleship, English Study of Matthew, Zephaniah. In 2008-15 he led three Medical Missions Team and preached in prisons in West Kenya. Brad had the privilege in 2008 to be the speaker at the first graduating class of Winchester Academy of Theological Studies in Chomim, Kenya. Brad is gifted in expository teaching/preaching. Brad teaches evangelism training seminars. Brad is a caring shepherd leading small groups and creative in outreach and event planning. Brad and Robin (Fischer) Harbaugh gave their life and marriage to the Lord at their marriage. They are Papa and Maqwe to 9 grandchildren.
